The clean, cold waters of Norway (a world leader in aquaculture) are the source of the perfect fatty farmed salmon used in our Salmon Bark. Beautiful salmon skins, rich in Omega-3s, are sliced thin, dehydrated without any additives or preservatives, then sorted and packaged by hand.
